African plains game hunting safaris at Glen Harry Safaris The accommodation at Glen Harry is located in a secluded valley within the 7,000 hectare (over 20,000 acres) estate, with hills to one side and wide vistas to distant mountains on the other.
Glen Harry accommodates a maximum of only six guests at any one time in order to enhance the exclusivity of the guests' experience and so that they can enjoy to the full the rugged wilderness of the Karoo. There are three guest cottages: Kudu, Eland and Impala. Each has en-suite facilities and its own private verandah and views. The cottages are built from rock and other natural materials found in the area so as to accentuate the environment and offer comfort, cleanliness and convenience. The dining lapa is close to the three cottages and meals are served here daily. Dinners are served around an open campfire where a convivial atmosphere reigns. In the evening, to sit in the wilds of the African bush beneath the clear Karoo sky and marvel at the brightness of the stars above is a fitting end to a wonderful day.
